2010 VW Passat Blue Motion – The New Generation Fuel Economy Car

Geely Bids For Volvo

There is news that Ford is facing trouble offloading its failing Volvo subsidiary, but the company proposes to sell. There are reports that China’s Geely Automotive is the only company to bid for Ford Motor owned by Volvo car Corporation. Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri has reported in his newspaper that Geely has officially sent a letter of intent to purchase Ford from Volvo. Unofficial sourced revealed that both the companies are under the procedure to nail out various details about technology etc that needs to be sorted during the buying procedure. Geely plans to start production of Volvo cars in the Guangdong Province of China. The two companies have come under a contract that the new buyer would invest up to $ 10 million in the Volvo brand. Mini Crossover’s Debut Delayed Till Next Spring

Mini had unveiled their new crossover concept at the Paris Auto Show which was held last year. The production of the same started in a short while. There were numerous prototypes that were seen being tested all over Europe. It was decided that this new version would be debuted during the Frankfurt Auto Show but BMW claims that they have decided to postpone its unveiling till further notice. The company estimates to launch the new crossover edition sometime during the next year. Nissan GT-R Race Car Set To Compete In Newfoundland Targa Rally In Canada

Renowned motorsport company Stillen has revealed finer details of its new edition Nissan GT-R race car. This new edition has already made its way across the country via Fed Ex Transporter and is now settled in Maine. Mercedes Benz Launches The First Series Of Fuel Cell Car

Mercedes Benz has announced that it is ready to join the fuel cell wagon with its first series which will be called B Class F- CELL. These rumors which were floated during the Detroit Auto Show held in January have now confirmed the news. They plan to start production and deliver the car in 2010. They have announced that the company will start with an initial production run of 200 units and this model will be available only ob Europe and US. Like other Fuel Cell cars this car will use compressed hydrogen to generate current for the vehicles electric motor. Highlights Of 2011 VW Polo

Volkswagen had confirmed last year that it would start selling the Polo in the year 2011 in the US.  This five door hatchback model was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show held earlier this year. There were questions that were raised as to how much the US bound Polo would be altered from its German counterpart. A VW spokesman confirmed that the car would not have any major difference to the original version except the place of production would be changed. The company plans to assemble this edition in the Mexican Plant to keep the cost at the lower end.
