9FF GT9-R Convertible- The World’s Fastest Open Topped Street Legal Car

If you ask the car enthusiasts, “How many of you love to speed?”  Do not get surprised when there is a chorus reply of “yes, I do”.  The German tuner 9ff is en cashing on this idea and has designed the coupe version and is known to be the world’s fastest street legal car. There is nothing more than the artist sketch that has been revealed, yet there are numerous buyers who have already reserved their buy.

It statistics have to be believed this car will be sprint from zero to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds. The car previews reveal that this convertible beauty would stick closely to the standard GT9R’s design. It would be equipped with a tuned version of Porsche’s 4.0 liter twin turbo engines which would produce 1120 horsepower along with 774 pound feet of torque. The convertible or the open version and get folding roof mechanism and extra stiffening, it’s likely to weigh a little more than the 1326 kg coupe. It is presumed that the high power engines will bear the weight with ease and there will not be any problem associated with it.
