2012 Honda Civic – Still A Tough Contender

2012 Honda Civic – Still A Tough Contender

First Look : The compact car category of the international auto market is one of the toughest segments to compete. And that’s very simple reason why a car debuts in that segment we expect it to have more than the conventional subtle upgrades. That’s why with the 2012 Honda Civic, we find ourselves in a tad unconventional position. In the past years, the Civic lineup has been immensely better than its rivals, and for that very reason it has been a no-brainer for our recommendation. But in past couple of years or so, we’ve seen some immensely advanced and impressive small cars from some of the prominent manufacturers. So, though the 9th generation of Honda Civic is a likable and decent car, we wonder whether the subtle changes that Honda has done with its design and engineering, are  [...]

2011 Honda Insight – Fuel Efficient And Reliable, But That’s It

2011 Honda Insight – Fuel Efficient And Reliable, But That’s It

First Look: The Honda Insight entered the market as a rival to Toyota Prius. Yes, you guessed it right the Insight is also a hybrid, and has the design just as American thought hybrid should have and delivered fuel economy better than any other vehicle on road. But in addition to this all, Honda also promised driving experience, which was nothing different and a cheaper price. The overall package looked impressive. But considering the dreary interest of customers in market has made us thing that the Honda Insight is more of a copycat and not a contender. The 2011 Honda Insight that we are covering also delivers superb fuel economy of 41 mpg in city. The most important thing about the Insight is the fact that the car comes with a purported "mild hybrid," system which can not propel the car  [...]

Also the Honda Prelude 2001 was 3.2 inches longer than the previous models and even gained some weight during its run and weighed 145 pounds more than the previous model. The 2011 Honda Odyssey is the latest offering from Honda, and according to the auto major at least one version of the 2011 Odyssey minivan will be delivering a remarkable fuel economy of 28 miles per gallon on the highways. As a matter of fact, they even have got the word from the feds on it, just as Honda had predicted. But more than the fuel economy we are concerned about the sheet metal dogleg positioned right in front of the rear wheel.  While we think it’s a kind of mismatch, Honda thinks that you’ll instead imagine it as unique lightning bolt depicted by the 2011 Odyssey minivan’s side styling. The 2011 Odyssey will start from $28,580 for its LX starter model and will go up to $44,030 for its Touring Elite. The interiors for the 2011 Honda Odyssey gets significant amount of  [...]
