The standard safety equipments for the 2011 Lexus LS 600h L includes stability and traction and control, complete side curtain airbags, front-seat side airbags, Safety Connect emergency telematics and knee airbags for the front seats. You can get some other safety equipments such as Rear-seat side airbags with either of the optional equipments. Verdict:
