Chrysler Ypsilon Black & Red Edition Announced

Limited Edition Chrysler Ypsilon Red and Black was launched for United Kingdom with prices beginning from £12,750. Chrysler just revealed the special edition Ypsilon supermini known as Black&Red, which will be marketed in February 2012 with red and black bi-color paint job, body colored side skirts and 16 inch alloy wheels. It will be available in three different engine choices, which include MultiJet diesel 1.3 liter, 0.9 liter TwinAir and 1.2 liter petrol. Standard features include upgraded audio system, red and black fabric seats, air conditioning, Bluetooth and door and dashboard linings.

Prices for the Black & Red start at £14,950 for 1.3 liter diesel and £12,750 for 1.2-litre petrol model. It is more expensive as compared to SE trim diesel, which is available for the price of £14,195, however cheaper as compared to top of the line Limited model available for £15,495. The Ypsilon is a combination of cutting edge technology, segment-leading style, world-class engines and eye-catching design. All this is integrated in 3.8m long 5-door vehicle, which is shorter as compared to its rivals. It comes with plethora of safety equipments as standard across entire range, including VDC vehicle dynamic control, ASR traction control, ABS anti-lock braking with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Hill Holder.
