KTM X-Bow Production Goes Through A Mid Way Shut Down

If you are looking at seed then the most prominent names that hit your crosses your mind are Ariel Atom, Lotus 2- Eleven, Caterham Lotus 7 derivatives and the KTM X-Bow. These vehicles have excellent track specific open –air and semi open wheels to satisfy the appetite of all the speed enthusiasts.
But KTM X-Bow has received cool responses from the consumers and hence they have decided to shut down production to help balance the inventory.
During the worst recession in decades there were many companies who have seen a slump in their sales and it is possible even with niches sports car companies to face financial constraints during such times. On the other hand the company had already decided to manufacture only 1000 of such cars and hence such a decision did not offer much surprise.
However the company was able to sell only 420 cars till date and there are about 80 cars that are ready to be sold with the dealers or at the factory premises which means that the company has decided to stop its production mid way for the time being .
For all those individual who plans to but a speedy vehicle once the recession subsided do not need to loose heart as the company has decided to re-initiate production next year, boosting output to 200 units annually to make up for the down time once people start spending again.
So if you have decided to buy a KTM X-Bow, you may be lucky to find one with a dealer or just wait till the company starts off with their production again. We shall keep all our readers posted once KTM starts their initiative gain.
