Lexus introduces the “The Eternal Jewel “special edition

The Lexus SC was introduced in the market in 1991 and since then has been receiving accolades from the auto buffs. However this edition will come to end in July and to mark this occasion Lexus is all ready with a special new edition SC430 which will be recognized as the “The Eternal Jewel”. Lexus SC has undergone only two updates and the latest update is expected to be the last according to the latest reports. The Eternal Jewel edition which will be released n Japan confirms the news of the end of the Lexus SC era.
The new edition will offer a choice of interior and exterior color schemes with contrast roof colors, and leather upholstery and wooden trim in the interiors. The unique badging and a serial number plate in the centre console offer a distinguishing look to The Eternal Jewel edition. This edition will be produced in a limited number. The company plans to build only 200 such units.
All auto enthusiasts would be eager to know what is next in the line up which will replace the SC coupe edition. However, none of Lexus’s concept can be termed as a replacement. Slow sales are one reason which plagued the current edition which makes it difficult to come to a conclusion.
The company plans to develop the Lexus LF-Ch concept in their lineup which is a performance oriented two door hatchback. However this edition will not be able to target the same consumers who prefer the hardtop convertible SC coupe.

One thing is true Lexus dos not make any replacements on its older versions. Every version is unique in its own style.
