Subaru will be launching two brand new turbocharged versions of their latest-genesis four-cylinder direct-injection boxer engine, in the model year 2012. The two proposed versions include a 300 bhp STI version as well. The all new FB engine architecture, which first was launched in the US in usually aspirated appearance in the 2011 Forester, will put in boosted 1.6-liter and 2.0-liter versions next year. Opel Astra GTC Could Enter US With Buick Badging

GM’s newly launched Opel Astra GTC could be entering the US market with a Buick badging. 2013 Chevrolet Malibu Will Have A Ecotec 2.5 Under Its Hood

In their recent announcement GM said that their redesigned 2012 Chevrolet Malibu will be having the  company’s new Ecotec 2.5 4-cylinder engine under its hood. The new Ecotec 2.5 engine is expected to give an expected fuel economy of more than 30 mpg on highways and is also said to be significantly more influential than the engine it restores. 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Officially Rated At 580 bhp and 556 lbs-ft of Torque
