Subaru will be launching two brand new turbocharged versions of their latest-genesis four-cylinder direct-injection boxer engine, in the model year 2012. The two proposed versions include a 300 bhp STI version as well. The all new FB engine architecture, which first was launched in the US in usually aspirated appearance in the 2011 Forester, will put in boosted 1.6-liter and 2.0-liter versions next year. 2013 Chevrolet Malibu Will Have A Ecotec 2.5 Under Its Hood
In their recent announcement GM said that their redesigned 2012 Chevrolet Malibu will be having the company’s new Ecotec 2.5 4-cylinder engine under its hood.
