The streets of Germany have witnessed the next gen car that is going to be launched by General Motors. This new gen Opel Meriva compact MPV remains under disguise. However the new edition is quite similar to the original Meriva concept car from last years Geneva Auto Show. The designers have well crafted this new edition with impressive front fascia and minimalist design. The overall configuration is very close to the concept design except for small changes like addition of tailpipe and removal of the rear roof spoiler which has been replaced by an antenna in its place. Preview: 2011 Kia Sorento

The new 2011 Kia Sorento which is a new crossover is aimed between the Honda Pilot and the Honda CR-V and will manufactured by a Korean Automaker Kia. The 2011 edition of Sorento is extremely different from the original vehicle which was launched in 2002 and then upgraded in 2005.  The new edition will enter production later this year and will be available for sale early next year. The 2010 Mercedes Benz SLS AMG will be the successor of the renowned Gullwing   300SL of the 1950. This impressive variety will be available in the roofless variant also. The company has been tight lipped about their debut but it is presumed that this version will make its debut around late 2011as a 2012 model. There are speculations whether the new model will feature a folding roof top or will be of the soft variant like the SLR roadster. The SLS AMG hard top would weigh around 3571 pounds while the roadster variant would weigh an approximate 3800 pounds. Roush has unveiled a new edition known as the 2010 Roush 540RH. The company proposes to produce this model in limited numbers to maintain its exclusivity. It is expected that the company would use the same power train from Roush stage 3 Mustang. This edition would be priced at $46,145, which is quite expensive for regular buyers. Nissan has come up in the limelight with the recent news of floating images of their new 2010 Altima. There are some minute details about this Altima that has been leaked on to the web. The images give you an idea about the front of the car which are devoid of hook like headlight which are found on the 370Z and Maxima. The 2010 Altima carries a similar style like the 2009 version but still the 2010 Altima seems to be more bold and elegant. Unveiling The New 2010 Lexus GX 460

Lexus has always been well known for its mid size luxury SUV. It saw a peak in its sales of Lexus GX mid size luxury sedan in 2004 after debuting in 2003.Lexus felt the pinch of the declining economy and saw its sales decline up to 52%. There were many rivals of the same class who have pulled out from the market due to the poor market conditions but Lexus has decided to be loyal to the GX version and have plans to redesign this edition. Mini is busy with its celebration of its Golden jubilee year. To commemorate the event, the company has planned to launch special editions like the Rolls Royce custom Mini. It has been rumored that during the next few weeks the company will launch a pair of all new concepts. August 26 is the special day for the company and they plan to unveil the Coupe Concept. The first of this car has been revealed in the form of the 2009 Mini Coupe Concept. Cadillac To Scrap Out BLS Edition In Europe

Cadillac has accepted the fact that it is important to include small cars in their lineup if they wish to become a global player.  General Motors which is the parent company is going through a rough patch and it is difficult for them to come with a new segment of small size cars. However GM has come up with some plans to launch a mid size sedan with a rear wheel drive and which could compete with BMW 3 series or Audi A4. This new model which will be launched by GM will be recognized as ATS. It is expected that ATS will be available for sale in the market in the next couple of years.
