The curved rear shoulders, with well shaped corners and a bold nose add to the elegance of the exterior look.

The interiors are also well restyled and offers a new look inside the cabin. The black dash and door surface which are tastefully blended with aluminum panel and chromed plastic trimmed rings adds a dashing look to the interior cabin.  We noted that the steering wheel obstructs the access to various controls. Ford Mustang Performance

The 2010 Ford Mustang offers powerful and capable engines which comes with five speed manual transmission, the five speed automatic transmission is optionally available. They offer same transmissions on the standard as well as premium versions. We noted that the manual transmission was smooth with positive clutch actions. The V6 version is equipped with 4.0 liter V6 engine which generates 210 horsepower and 240 pound feet of torque while the GT version is equipped with 4.6 liter V8 engine which generates 315 horsepower and 325 pound feet of torque.

During the test drive the automotivecraze team noted that  the Mustang sprinted from zero to 60mph in 5.2 seconds and completed a quarter mile in 13.7 seconds which is very good in compared to other vehicles of this segment. We note that the V6 performed better in fuel economy. During the test drive conducted on manual the V6 offered a fuel economy of 16 mpg city levels, 24 mpg highway and 19 mpg combined while the GT offered  15 mpg city levels , 22 mpg highway and 18 mpg combined.

The new Mustang is equipped with new front suspension struts which come with bigger pistons and stiffer springs which offer smooth handling and good ride quality. Overall we feel that this version offers a great driving experience and would appeal to most driving aficionados.

Ford Mustang Quality

The 2010 Ford Mustang has been restyled to offer good comfort and style and they have successfully cleared the entire negatives image that had been associated for poor interiors. The seats are well designed to offer adequate comfort but it would be incorrect to compare them to a luxury coupe. The cabin seats can comfortably seat taller passengers as they have good leg space and adequate headroom. This sports coupe offers decent storage space which is generally not available in cars of this segment.  The cabin storage was bare with hardly any storage space inside the door map pockets. The high dash tops and tall window sills makes the cabin feel cozier. We found the power adjustable driver seat which was available in the premium package to be highly useful as they offered greater comfort to the driver.

The interiors are redesigned to make it very functional at the same time provide good ambience inside the cabin. The instrument panel is perfectly crafted with high quality materials and stretches from one door to another and from the top of the centre console to the base of the windshield. Most of the interiors have been replaced by soft touching materials with much better precision.

During the test drive we noted that this Mustang is crafted with such aerodynamics and acoustic insulation upgrades that if offers no wind or road noise inside the cabin. It can be rightfully described as the quietest car in the recent times.  The sportier suspension soaks in all the bumps and road flaws without any protest. Overall we felt that that the interiors are refurbished to offer comfort and quality.

These are such beautiful cars. If you can find one here in Aus then they are usually imported and cost around 100k. It really sucks.
