Upcoming Honda CR-Z Launched In The Tokyo Motor Show

Honda has revealed that it is ready to launch the CR-Z Concept 2009 sports hybrid car at the upcoming 2009 Tokyo Motor Show. The company has not disclosed much detail and has kept all major details under wraps. However from the sketches that have been floated it is known that the body style, especially the head lights, tail lights and bumper share resemblance with the 2007 Cr-Z Concept.
Honda has designed the new edition as a successor to the original CRX. It is expected that it would be powered by a compact four cylinder engine and teamed to an electric motor. It is expected that it would offer a combined output of approximate 140 horsepower with the power being sent to the front wheels via. a CVT.

The 2009 Tokyo Motor Show will raise the curtain on October 24. We shall offer more updates on this new Honda edition during the Tokyo Curtain Raiser event…
